Will I be able to see the Constellation?

Most constellations are visible to the naked eye, although some do require binoculars or a
telescope. Whether or not you can view the constellation also depends on your location             
( From where on the planet you are trying to view the constellation ). We will use your
shipping location to pick out a constellation that is viable from your area. If however you would
like the constellation to be  visible from a different City, State, or country please email us at
support@buythestars.com with your order number.

When will my order ship?

All orders received before 1pm will be shipped on the same day as purchase.

Do I really get a star named after me?

Yes. Your star will be officially registered with BuyTheStars.com and your name and star
stored in a star naming database.   Upon payment, a Star will be designated to you with an
official BuyTheStars.com Certificate of ownership .  You will receive your certificate with our
official seal of BuyTheStars.com authenticity. In order for a star to be officially named and
registered with our site, the certificate needs to contain the buythestars.com official seal of
authenticity, otherwise it is not an official buythestars.com star naming document. Your star
will named in honour of the person whom you dedicate it to and will be registered forever
with buythestars.com.
